Living in Calgary we are generally known for our chinooks, this September however, we have another weather phenomenon.

After flooding in 2013, a horrible nine month winter in 2013/2014, we had one of the most beautiful and hot summers in years. Now as an unexpected surprise, while the flowers are in full bloom and the temperature was a warm 26 degrees celcius the day prior, the temperature has dropped to freezing and we are getting snow in September.
